How I protect your privacy
As of late 2019, I keep electronic copies (stored in the cloud) only of your contact details, including name, address, email address, phone number, GP contact details. Prior to 2019, I store paper copies of the above information. These are kept in a private, secure location.
I use your name, telephone number and email address to make and rearrange appointments. Most of this will be done electronically. I am unable to send or receive encrypted texts or emails so you should be aware that any texts or emails I send or receive may not be protected in transit. I will also monitor any emails sent to me, including file attachments, for viruses or malicious software.
I do not use your information to send you marketing material of any kind.
I destroy paper copies of any information I have about you 3 years after the end of therapy.
